Our team consists of three experienced consultants who have a combined 50+ year expertise working directly with the Profisee platform, a leading data management solution. They are Gary Wright, Don Sanders, and Chris Sain. They have helped numerous clients across various industries to achieve their data quality, governance, and master data management goals.
Our team also includes three business advisors who have extensive knowledge of the Profisee platform and its benefits. They are Val Lovicz, John McCallister and Mogen Naidoo.
Val served as the CIO of Profisee for over a decade, overseeing the development and implementation of the platform. John served as the Regional Sales Director for Profisee, managing the sales and marketing strategies for the platform. Mogan Naidoo has owned his own consulting practice for over 30 years and has consulted on numerous MDM Projects and shares a different perspective. His career trajectory includes diverse roles, from Senior Consultant to Account Executive, where his exceptional performance at Profisee earned him the Salesperson of the Year award in 2020. At UPS, as a Customer Solutions Manager and Supervisor, Gary engineered bespoke solutions, spearheaded projects, and catalyzed significant revenue growth. His professional journey began in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic, maintaining F14 Tomcats and earning the prestigious Sailor of the Week for the Pacific Fleet in 1990

He is familiar with the software development life cycle, including the Agile methodology and SCRUM teams, and works well with cross-functional and cross-Geo teams. Director of Technology
LinkedInChris Sain started developing custom solutions with Profisee in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience applying technology to solve business problems, specifically around data quality. He believes that the key to success comes from working closely with stakeholders and business outcomes. As a principal consultant, he helps clients identify the source of data quality problems and develops a planned approach that targets the problems head on and delivers maximum results.

LinkedInJohn McAllister co-founded Stratature, an Independent MDM software vendor in 2001. Following Microsoft’s acquisition of Stratature in 2007 John served as Group Program Manager for MDS and oversaw the incorporation of MDM into SQL Server at Microsoft.
John joined Profisee as an investor and has served as the Regional Sales Director, Account Manager, and more recently as leader of customer Solutions. John has helped 100’s of organizations around the world in all phases of MDM projects.
John has retired and is enjoying hiking, cycling and exploring the Northwest.
